English?
It's clear a lot of effort has gone into this game; but this is an English speaking site so having any game in a different language isn't exactly a great idea, let alone a word game.
Too simple
As you probably know, the idea isn't exactly anything new which is a major problem. It is has been done many times before. Would have been more interesting if you could have moved your cannon around and added in power ups etc etc
The graphics were simple, perhaps a little too simple, but I did like the explosion. The blood wasn't terrible but I feel you could have gone a little easier on the filter (you can keep the filter but rather than making the 'shine' a perfect white just make it a lighter red and I would have thought that would improve it 100x straight off). It would have also been nice to see more violent screen shakes when you got hit by a bomb.
All in all, not a bad game just a little too simple for my liking.
...
Your buttons weren't working, for a start. It looks like you've put a dynamic text box inside them and left 'selectable' to true so it thinks you're trying to select the text, not click the button. Therefore, I had to right click instead to get it going but that messed up after the menu and took about 5 clicks of 'forward'/'play' before I got to the game.
The game itself was way to boring. The 'music', if you can call it that, was terrible and the arrows that you had to press where in no way linked to the music and each level lasted for about 10seconds; no where near long enough to get any enjoyment out of it.
It was alright..
It's a nice start and it looks like you've put some effort in to it, which is something I like to see, probably more than anything else. As for the game it's self the biggest downfall was simply that it was boring. Particually with no sound, I was bored within 30seconds. Keep working at it though. If you want to improve you're programming skills try things such as ray tracing.

Well done..
Great job at submitting an open-source engine to the portal. You're amazing.
Poor..
The game was simple and lacked in just about every department.
First of all it was multiplayer. If you're going to submit a game like this either make it online multiplayer, which would be a lot more work, or code up some AI so that you can play single player. Hardly anyone comes on NG with their best friend by their side looking for a game to play together.
Secondly, if they did I'm sure they'd be very disappointed with this. It was simply moving up and down and pressing a key to fire either a bullet or a rocket. Nothing fun about it. As well as the fact that bullets moved with the character which sort of defeated the whole object of the game. Attach the bullets and rockets dynamically rather than animating their movement. That way you can make it so they don't move with the character, and you can fire more than one at a time.
On top of all this, the graphics needed a lot of work, obviously as at the moment they were just simple shapes with no shading or anything. Work on an AI system and some graphics and you might have an alright game ;)
Good Luck.
Dull Concept
Everything is wrong about this game. The fundamental concept is one that has been done a million times before, none of which have been amazingly successful as it's such a simple concept. There was no challenge to it, it was a matter of getting bored of playing it rather than 'dying' as such. The coding wasn't great either seeing as the 2 balls could go over each other etc. However you have spent some time on it, so for that 3/10.
Work on the art, or team up with an artist, and come up with a more interesting concept.
Good luck.
